The Undersigned hereby authorizes BRP, Inc. to obtain all BRP related data from the Undersigned's dealer management system (“Data”) as BRP determines necessary to produce certain statistical reports, including, without limitation, point of sale, service and inventory reports for Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. and its relevant affiliates (hereinafter "BRP") . The Undersigned understands that such reports provided to BRP will include the Data (including Dealer identifiable Data and consumer identifiable Data). The Undersigned's specific data will never be shared with another dealer, only at an aggregate level and never identifiable to a dealer.
The Undersigned also understands and agrees that the Data may be aggregated (including aggregations with the data of other clients) to create other statistical reports that BRP may share with third parties.
The Undersigned also understands that data related to its parts inventory stocking levels at the dealership will be shared with other dealers to facilitate the Parts Locator functionality which allows for dealers to contact each other to transfer stock between each dealership. The only information shared with another dealer will be exact quantity requested by the other dealer. The price at which the two dealers transfer stock between each other is entirely up to the discretion of the participating dealers.
Except as set forth herein, BRP shall not disclose any Data specific to an individual consumer, or any Data which specifically identifies the Undersigned, to any third party.
